I have a peugeot 306 Turbo Diesel. If it is the same as mine? You will have to access the bulbs from under the bumper. It will also involve removing a small amount of trim at the front of the wheel arch. You will need a star key for said task. When you have done that you will be able to see the front fog light. To change the bulb, you will have to reach in ,and approach from the rear of the lense. Unclip the bulb, repace with new one, then clip back in. Then you just have to fit the trim back in place. Job done! The key to smooth execution of the task is, get the car high enough to enable you to get under properly. I also suggest you have rubber gloves on when you handle the bulb, to avoid getting grease or fingerprints on the bulb. You see? Due the stretch of your arm required, to reach the fog light holder. You cannot guarantee the bulb wont slip about in your hand, until it has reached the fog light unit!
