How can i fix my Worcester 24i Junior combi boiler?

My boiler will not always ignite for hot water but would for central heating and the red fault light would flash, but today it did not want to ignite for heating either, at first.
Usually once it had lit it was ok. The water pressure is just on 1 bar(cold) on the gauge. Can anyone give me some ideas.
