why have i got high water pressure showing on gauge?

I have a Vaillant turbomax vuw242e
Can anyone tell me why the pressure gauge rises up to 4 bar whenever the hot water or heating system is used

I have the same problem on a Vaillant. I reckon the expansion matrix is blocked. Did you get yours fixed?
