Mend Vaillant 280e Heating System Hot Water

vaillant 280e no constant hot water...radiator heat is fine?

i have a vaillant 280 heating system that will not produce hot water..it is fine at first for few seconds then nothing but luke warm water. heating in house is perfectly fine and no loss of water pressure...what is wrong
