the central locking will not work i press key the lock and lock just shots down then back up again can not lock passenger door from outside also the electric mirrors on this door does not work could this be cold weather or somehting else?

There is one in each door its part of the door catch mechanism the master control unit is part of the main fuse box which is dealer only replaceable as its a security coded part to each vehicle
