I cannot for the life of me find my extended warranty. I have it, but cannot remember the name. I rang Dyson and told them it was a Fault F11 but they wont tell me what it is. Can anyone help. The only thing they would say is that it could cost 95 - 200 pounds. Great.

could be 10 amp fuse blown or a faulty power board
if you can find a local repair company ask them to have a look.if not call dyson out it will be money well spent as they will fix it and offer a 1 year warranty
