I need a Wirquin toilet cistern spare part?

About 11 years ago, I bought a dual flush WIRQIN toilet cistern - concealed - possibly type MALIN, but the pipe sizes do not match.

Recently, there was water leakage at the bottom of the cistern where water enters a 49 mm outer diameter vertical pipe, turning through 90 degrees to a 39 mm outer diameter pipe which enters the toilet. I discovered that no seal had been installed - instead the fitting/outlet pipe had been bonded/glued into position - and this connection had failed.

Please advise how I can obtain a new seal. Thank you - I have looked at various web sites but cannot find a relevant drawing or parts list.

Examining the installation, there does not seem to be a secure method of retaining the outlet pipe in position. How is this security is supposed to be achieved? Unlike BASIC and ELEGANCE, 2 screwed/threaded studs are not fitted to secure the outlet pipe/seal.

Sometimes cistern takes long time to finally shut off. Water runs into bowl. Pipes then judder then all quiet as water stops flowing. Other times it works OK.

my wirquin is not closing after I flush and the grey cable seems to be very tight can this be sorted out with a few turns of the red pipe

The cistern keeps filling up the pan. I have been told i need a new diaphram.

Wirquin products come with a ten year guarantee. My cistern kept filling as the water would continue to run into the pan after flushing, this was because the red part didn't go down after flushing. I called Michael at Wirquin UK who is sending me a spare. Great service. Thanks Michael!

anyone trying to remove the dual push button from the cable, just unscrew the large flat washer, mine was grey, this at it's lowest point wedges against the plastic thing the cable connects to and if you keep on unscrewing prises off the cable attachment.
