Mend Diplomat DC100 Electric Heat Problem

What could be the problem with the lower cooker?

The Diplomat electric cooker I have has two compartments to it, the problem is with the lower cooker. When switched on the light comes on in the bottom cooker and the fan works but there is no heat. What could be the problem with the cooker?

Hi Louise, I expect it is just the fan element,they are readily available and quite cheap.Get the model numberoff of the side or panel or your handbook.Ring extracare on 08457959722 and they will send you one if you want to fit it yourself.All the best.
