Mend Ford Transit Connect 2003 Battery Going Flat

2003 transit connect lx, battery keeps going flat?

i have a new battery, alternator is charging at 14.5volts. i put an ohm meter on the battery and there is a current draw of 3.5amps, with ohm meter connected i removed every fuse 1by1 but could not find what is taking this power. help!
