The machine is washing fine, but making strange noises on the rinse cycle. I want to look at filter, which is located on the bottom right hand corner of the machine, but am unable to twist it open. Should the filter twist off easily (I don't want to put too much pressure on it), or is their a 'knack' to it?
I had the same problem - you have to twist really hard (but I am female)and keep turning it round and round. In my filter I had 2 pennies, a ballbearing and a shoelace!!! It sounded alot better after! Good luck!

I have had the problem removing the filter, I removed the front bottom panel and then the drain pump (a bit time consuming but not too difficult) to find the underwire from a bra had jammed in the filter stopping it turning.
