I have one, if you want to email me I'll happily scan mine and send it to you. The following info might help, though: Low - 8 - 10 hours cooking time; High - 7 - 8 hours cooking time; Warm - used to keep cooked food warm. For best results do not remove the lid until half the cooking time has elapsed and do not remove unnecessarily.
