homark dw45bi problem?

The select wash button does not light up, none at all,
but the power is on, any ideas

supply hose is crimped or bent, the drain hose is too low, insufficiant water pressure, water tap not turned on or not connected properly.
My experience with Homark dishwashers is not great, if you can, send it back and get a better brand. I've had numerous problems and now it won't stop working. Put it on the other night and came dowm in the morning to find it still on washing dishes although the dishes were the cleanest i've ever seen, but thats another story!
