Mend Glow-worm 3.2 Boiler Leak Pressure

High pressure in glow worm 3.2 bar. How can i reduce?

When increasing the pressure above 1 bar my glow worm water pressure went up to 3.2 bar. It is leaking out of the overflow pipe and making lots of noise even when switched off. How can I reduce the pressure back to 1 to 2 bar?

Check that you have turned the tap off fully then you can undo one of the radiator air vents and drain some water off into a container until the presure on the boiler goes back down to around 1 bar
