aquatronic shower fault?

The water flow is too low. So, try,
1 Cleaning or replacing your shower head, and hose.
2, Increasing the cold water mains pressure by opening your stopcock tap. often under the kitchen Sink, or the mains valve in the Pavement.
3 or the element may be firred up and have blocked the outlet inf so i would just buy a new one - but some one may know how to descale and if it works.
