Mend Caravan Battery Mains

Caravan Electrics Question?

The leisure battery in the caravan does not charge when on mains hookup
All switches are in correct positions
The charger blows all input fuses under 5A (2A recommended) but still won't charge the battery

Any pearls of wisdom?

Had similar problem some years ago. Turned out built in charger was faulty & had to replace it.
