i opened a door to the out side forgetting to turn off the alarm first .alarm fitter says this is correct and it would only sound if tampered with not if the door was opened?. Can this be right? Surley opening a door would set off any alarm.
Mine is doing the same thing. I can set the code in and leave and come back home and it does not bleep or make a sound. I even forgot it the other day and it showed it was tripped by the lights but it did not make a sound. Anyone know what this is?

if your alarm was set and the door iscovered when you opened the door the alarmshould have activated,alarm fitter talking crap,hope this helps
