Indesit WI101 not draining?

We appear to have the same problem with the same model after a house move. We've got a washing machine full of water that won't drain. Have you had any success in getting it working without calling someone out?

I sent an e-mail to Indesit and got a reply. Here it is:

The error F08 indicates that the heater relay is stuck. This could be a fault with either the pressure switch, heater or the module connections. I would suggest that you book a service call for an engineer to assess the situation. To book a service call please contact the Service Centre on 08709066066.
