How can I fix my shower, triton T80SI?

Hi I have a triton T80SI shower the light comes on the shower but the water is not getting hot, can you please help me with this fault?

May not be the answer -I have a Triton shower and the Outlet Thermal cutout is defunct. Water gets warm but never hot.
There is another Thermal cutout as well "Main" but I dont know what effect it would have if that was broken.
