ferolli modena 80 fan?

Hi my boiler has been working fine until to-night when the fan will not switch off without a reset. CH and DHW function as normal. LED 5 ( mains pressure/ electrical circuit warning led) is permanently illuminated until either a reset or manual switch off. when called for boiler functions fine, burner switches off but fan continies.

Any suggestions
