Mend Indesit IDL500 Dishwasher Filter Flashing

Indesit IDL500 problem?

My machine starts the cycle then after a minute or so stops before much has happened - then lghts one and three flash and nothing will work. If this is the clogged filter message, how do I sort it? All help appreciated!!
