if it is a pressurized system , then re-fill via the filling loop. this is a silver flexible connection with a tap or lever on it with a pressure gauge generally located close to it. fill it to around 1 bar , check radiators for air , re-fill as necessary. make sure filling loop is turned off when finished as to avoid over pressurizing.
