Mend Rover MG ZR Engine Leak Repair

is this a problem!?

i have a rover mg zr i think theres oil in the coolant tank what does this mean is it a problem and how can i fix it ? thanks

Unless some dingaling has put oil in by mistake,I'd be getting the cylinder gasket checked.
