Mend Vaillant ecoTEC plus 832 Boiler Changed Fault

valliant boiler problems?

the boiler does not fire up, we have changed the pcv and gas valve, still wont fire up, have a f28 fault code. can anyone help!!!!!?

i have now changed the lead from the gas valve to the pcb, and still it is not firing up.... any other ideas why this could be so? this boiler is a nightmare...

there can be a myriad of reasons why this code comes up but if you have replaced pcb and gas valve , did you replace the gas valve lead from the pcb. this has been known to be faulty
