Mend Ryobi BC30 Strimmer Petrol Starting

ryobi petrol strimmer starting probs?

have a 30cc ryobi bushwhacker, and problems starting same ,have cleaned spark plug and bleed ,drained excess fuel from cylinder,tried to start in hot and cold starting positions,also diluted fuel more (less oil) any help would be much appreciated

my advice is to take it back. we bought 1, & we had exactly the same problems. I think its a faulty batch. We also have the 25cc version & it pewrforms perfectly.
