At first this sounded like an install problem with your Microsoft Office software_ in which case you might resolve the issue by simply putting the Office CD in your drive and clicking repair when the splash screen appears_ unless you are one of the many unfortunate people who buys a brand new PC_ with everything already installed_ and who doesn't get the disks of that software which should_ by rights_ be given to you when you purchase (so many people don't ask for them)
What complicates this issue is the problem that you're having with your speakers and to be honest i don't see how the two problems could be related_ i think you've got two seperate issues that have occurred simultaneously _
As for Windows Media Player _ Your error message refers to a music track called Fix You sung by a band called ColdPlay (coldp) The solution to this problem is to go to the Microsoft Update website This site automatically runs a check on your PC then offers you options to update (You should do this regularly anyway) You should download and install ALL of the 'priority updates' and this may mean you having to restart your PC a couple of times after the installs are complete and then returning to the website immediately once your PC is up and running again_ You have to keep doing it until the website says there are no more priority updates to install_ ONLY when all that is done THEN should you check for 'software updates'_ which normally offers to install Media Player 9_ Allow Microsoft to download and reinstall this software for you.
Finally_ DLL stands for dynamic link library which basically means drivers_ a driver for 'rstrui.exe' is either corrupt or missing_ i did a search on my own PC to find out if I have rstrui.exe to give you a bit more info_ but no luck : (
Hope what else i've written helps you out a bit
