Mend Alarm Start Car Battery Fob

alarms imobiliser?

my alarm will not go off allowing me to start my car, i have changed the battery in fob, no luck. have had to remove the fuse to stop the noise. i dont have the access code to reset the alarm. how do i get the code for my car
