how do i change a oven element?

how can i remove the fan blade to be able to remove the oven element on my NEFF cooker?

Hi Rikki, I do not repair NEFF but the nut in the centre of the blades are usually a left hand thread.Therefore if you usually turn the nut anti clockwise to loosen it, turn this one clockwise, holding the blade with a towel etc.to keep all your fingers intact. Hope this is of some help.All the best.
