Mend Briggs & Stratton White Smoke Coming

How can I fix my Briggs Lawnmower ?

My lawnmower blows out a big white smoke cloud from the muffler has oil coming from it. Thought I would see if someone could help me before I bought another one

Briggs & Stratton Garden Tools, Lawn Mowers White Smoke Coming

Chances are it's been tipped on it's side. Check the oil level, top it up if necessary, then start it and let it run - the smoke will clear, but may take several minutes.

Check oil level again, then use as normal.
