W Reg Renault Scenic?

We have had a part taken off of our car but I do not know what it is called to even begin to look to replace it. I have been searching the web for Scenics and their spare parts in hope of seeing what it is to request but still no luck.

The part that has been taken is a blanking off plate at the front down under one of the lights (blanking off plates either side supposedly for further lighting to be added).

I know she is an old car now but we still love her and would like to get her tidied up again as it looks so sorry without this plate. Please does anyone know the right name for this piece so that we can repair it!?
