Mend Sky Sky+ Satellite Signal Receiver

I have signal but magic eye not working!!?? Any help please?

Hi, I have a magic eye which has worked for a few years now. The problem is I have now up my sky+ box in the bedroom instead of the lounge and wired the connections through the wall our new extension via a distribution unit in the loft. I have signal and the light is on on the magic eye-TV link but I cannot change the channel or use the remote in any way. Can anyone help me please? Many thanks

You must alter the RF services outlet to 'on'.
Go into Services, click option 4, then press 01 + enter (this is not shown on the menu in front of you). Click onto RF services and turn 'on'.
