How can I locate the correct driver and load the HP onto our mac mini?

I have purchased a mac mini. I have a Lexmark X125 all-in-one printer and I cannot get the HP software disk for the printer to load.

Is the system printer compatible with the mac system?

I am very confused. If you are trying to use Lexmark printer software for an HP PC (running some form of Windows?) on a Mac? Then it won't work. Plain and simple.

To find Lexmark drivers for your Apple computer, go to www.lexmark.com. If they are not there then you have had it.
