code for car radio?

Hi , i recently changed the battery on my mothers v reg corsa, and the radio is now not working, my mother doesn't have the code,
it is a Blaupunkt 300 series radio has anyone any idea how i can get this , or has or does anyone know the code, your help is much appreciated, thankyou
