Missfire in cylinder 4 Ford focus 1.6 Zetec?

I have a missfirew in cylinder 4 , i found this out by having it pluged into a computer , i have changed the plugs , what next??

assuming you have checked the cylinder compressions are all the same,then i'd guess a faulty ignition lead or coil pack
