my 2004 1.4 zetec fiesta is using approx 2litres oil every 150 miles have changed head gasket and stem cell oil seals still no luck does this mean crack in head as nothing is visible any ideas
How many miles has it done?
Might be that the piston ring gaps have aligned but then you would see oil burning in rear view mirror.
Suggest you get a compression check done prior to going for a new engine.

not much smoke occasional on pull off no leaks at all just wondered if anyone had any ideas before i buy new engine

if it's using so much oil there must be visible signs,like excessive smoke from exhaust,or a serious oil leak!!
