Mend Ford Transit 85 T280 Lights Bulbs

Ford Transit 85 T280 Interior lights don't work?

All of the interior lights do not work. All bulbs seem to be ok but the manual doesn't list the appropriate fuse for them. Is there a fuse? If so, where is it?

Interior Light keeps coming on when vehicle is stationary. Thus draining battery unable to start.

in fuse block, the fuse to replace is on the fifth row down and is in the centre position.it is a 15 amp fuse coloured blue.
