Mend Smeg SA307X-5 Oven Thing Working

How can I fix my oven [Smeg SpA 42016, SA307X-5]? ?

I dont know what is wrong with the oven. I can not cook any thing in the oven. The fan is working fine but not heating it up. Could you please tel me what is wrong? And also where can I get the parts for the oven.....
