online pc repair reccomendations?

I have had a problem updating critical windows updates
for a while, but not all windows updates fail to install.
i am at the point of having the problem resolved online,
at one of the many pc repair of sites i have found in my search. can anyone reccomend a safe site to go to for my repair?
