Toilet Flush Problem?

first of all, if you have to flush your toilet more that once then you have a clog somewhere in the system. it is either in the toilet it's self or the waste line going out either to the septic tank or the main sewer line somewhere between your house and the street.
the best fix for this is to go to a tool rental company and rent a device called an air plunger. you place the correct plug onto the air plunger pressurize it by pumping it two or three times and and place it into the gooseneck of the toilet and hold presser against it and pull the trigger and it will shoot a burst of air into the line dislodging the clog. and that should fix your problem.
