Mend Thetford C-200 CW Flush Toilet Caravan

Won't flush Thetford Cassette Toilet C-200 CW?

I have the above toilet in my caravan. The manual flush handle moves up and down with little resistance and therefore doesn't pump out fresh water s it should. Do you know how to remove the flush handle without damaging the toilet so that I can find out the problem.
