My toilet makes a sound like the Titanic fog horn when i pull the flush. ?
when we flush the toilet the sound is like a large ship coming into dock. If I turn on the cold water tap on the bath the sound and presure stops. can someone please tell me how to correct this problem. thanks.
The flow restrictor in the cistern valve might be missing or be the wrong one for your installation. If you have a service valve for your toilet feed you could try closing it off a touch. This will obviously slow your cistern refill time however.
