Yes. You have wired it wrong but I can't see what you have done - only you can.
Second, if you are in the UK you have committed an offence by doing DIY electrical work in the bathroom which is no longer allowed for obvious reasons. (The obvious danger presented by people who don't know what they are doing working in a room that mixes water and electricity.)
Get a qualified electrician before you kill some one.
