MY ALARM KEEPS GOING OF AND I DONT KNOW HOW TO STOP IT?

MY ALARM AS STARTED TO GO OF, I PUT MY CODE IN THEN IT STOPS FOR MAYBE 1 HOUR SOME TIMES LESS SOMETIMES MORE, HOW DO I STOP IT FROM GOING OFF
