only getting 5 l/min out of boiler,cold water to basin is 15 l/min but hot is 5 l/min
inlet filter clean,could it be the heat exchanger that is scaled???if so how can i clean the heat exchanger
there is a small rubber o'ring in the flow restrictor that expands over a period of time and block up the holes in the restrictor-u will need to take the o'ring out it - there is no need to replace it as it serves no purpose

took the flow restrictor switch off by unscrewing the blue nut and checked the flow restrictor and it moved up and down

Check that the flow restrictor. it may be stuck in the flow switch area, I've had this on 2 24i worcesters
