I have been given a chainsaw that is maybe 20 years old. It seems to run okay, but I can't get the chain sharp. I need to know what size file and pitch I should be using. chadwellp@aol.com
It may just be too old -worn out teeth.
Most saw shops will sharpen for around $5
I don't even do mine anymore after 3rd sharpening I just buy a new Chain!
