Mend Hotpoint RL83 Larder Fridge Thermostat

Hotpoint RL83 larder fridge - replacing the thermostat?

How do I remove the plastic thermostat cover/housing from the side of the fridge? It appears to be clipped into place. How many clips are there and how are they released?

use a small screwdriver to prise of the green cap next to the thumbwheel. Unscrew the screw underneath. Now push the plastic moulding bakwards about 5 mm and it should be free.
Remember to unplug before starting work !
