fridge too warm?

If the compressor never cuts out & runs continuously without making the fridge cold then you have lost the gas from inside the system. You will have to get a service company in to find where the gas leaked from & refill the gas system. Not something you can do yourself and is usually fairly expensive. So phone around and get some quotes first.
