Mend ilo Audio Repair Sound

How do I fix my Mp3 player so I can listen to my music?

I bought an ilo mp3 player on my birthday on june 28th. Then 2 months later the headphones start messing up, so got another pair. But with each pair i got it still sounds cr*ppy.So, i took it to a friend at school and he said that the port where i jack in my head set is messed up. So, CAN ANYONE HELP ME PLEASE!?! or tell me where i can go to get my mp3 fixed.

Something like that happend with my Zen & I just took it to the company & they fixed it for free caus eit was on warranty.

i'm not sure ilo only comes with a 90 day warranty. And my ilo 256 MB model headphone jack crapped out to.

Well if you only had it for two months why dont you ask for a replacement from where you got it from.Usually all new electronic stuff comes with standard 12 months guarantee.
