Mend Yamaha VX Changed Spark Fuel

1991 yamaha jet ski won't start?

1991 yamaha jet ski won't start.?
I changed the spark plugs and fuel filter. I checked it by removing the spark plug and holding it against the block to see if it was getting a spark and it's not. It ran ok before I changed everything.

check the gap on the plugs be sure plug wires are tight. check for blown fuses and be sure the inlet on filter is facing the block. also try a resistor plug example ngkr instead of regular ngk plugs.
