Mend Opel Zafira 1.6 Today Noticed Car

How can I fix a leak in a OPEL ZAFIRA 1.6 PETROL?

Today I noticed that there is leak out from under the bumper of the car on the left hand side as you look at the car from the front,level of water level in tank is down but where could the leak be coming from as I have looked and I cant find the source of it.Any help will be gratefully appreciated!
