windows that wont open?

i have upvc windows and have a couple that wont open anymore is there any way of fixing them without having to get them replaced?

a double glazing repair engineer could fix your windows instead of replacing them and at a fraction of the price,just look up double glazing repair in your thomson local or yellow pages and get a few quotes and go for the cheapest and free call out.hope this helps
